Another tool to manage
A team that gets it done.

End-to-end coverage of your AP work

From the first invoice to month-end close. A dedicated team owns your entire AP cycle, not just the easy parts.

Eliminating mistakes that cost you money

Duplicates, missing invoices, wrong amounts. We check bills against your records before they become costly mistakes.

We handle the escalations

Supplier disputes don't become your to-do list. We follow up, gather evidence, and drive every issue to resolution.

Anti-fraud prevention intelligence

Suspicious invoices and bank-detail changes are flagged and independently verified before you pay.

Agentic workflow + Human oversight

Our agents collect, match and track every order. When something doesn't line up, a human specialist takes it from there.

Delivered. Snapped.
Already in the workflow.

Good AP starts where the order arrives. An employee takes a photo;
the app captures the delivery details. We take it from there.

One photo. The details captured.

Delivery evidence, connected to the right order.

Connected to your infrastructure.

Keep the tools your team already knows. We work with your accounting, email, and order records, not around them.

Onboarding

We set-up a secure connection with your tools

We don't just flag it.
We fix the follow-up.

A missing credit. A short delivery. An invoice that doesn't match the order. These aren't data-entry problems. They're conversations someone needs to own.

We contact the supplier, collect the evidence, chase the correction, and keep going until there's a resolution. Your team gets a decision to make, not a thread to untangle.

lost to business email compromise in 2025: fake invoices, spoofed suppliers and “we've changed banks” emails.

A new bank account?
Not so fast.

Bank-detail change freeze

Any new bank account or remittance address freezes that supplier's bills until you confirmed.

Sender and domain checks

Look-alike domains, new email addresses and phone numbers are compared to the supplier's record.

Fake and duplicate bills

Bills for goods nobody ordered, invoices from suppliers you've never used, and duplicates stopped.

"Pay today" is a red flag

Urgency never speeds a bill through. Rush requests get exactly the same checks as every other bill.

New supplier screening

US sanctions list, state business registers, licence boards and workers' comp checked.

Ghost-supplier detection

Addresses cleaned and checked against your staff list, so an insider can't bill you through a fake vendor.

Transparency frictionless for your teams.

Finance gets clarity. Operations gets time back. Everyone knows where things stand.

24/7 chat support

One place to ask a question, share a document, or flag something urgent.

Monthly reports

A clear picture of bills, open issues, credits, and your month-end position.

Nothing in a black box

Every bill has a status. Every issue has an owner. Every next step is visible.

Your team stays in control

We prepare and verify. Your team approves and pays. Always.

our offering.

One accountable desk for the work that keeps your accounts payable moving.

Every invoice, in one place
We collect invoices from email, supplier portals, and your team, giving every bill an owner and a next step. No more hunting through inboxes.
Orders and deliveries, captured at the source
Your team captures delivery documents with a phone. Order details and evidence enter the AP workflow without another round of manual typing.
Supplier onboarding and verified details
We collect supplier information, review identity and supporting documents, and keep records up to date. Bank-detail changes receive independent verification.
Invoice, order, and delivery matching
We compare what was ordered, what arrived, and what was billed. Price or quantity differences are surfaced with the evidence needed to resolve them.
Duplicate and missing-invoice checks
Bills are checked against your ledger and supplier records so repeated invoices are caught and missing documents are chased before close.
Accurate coding to the right job
Each bill is assigned to the appropriate account, cost center, or project. Unclear items go to a named person rather than being coded by guesswork.
Supplier disputes, owned until resolved
Short deliveries, disputed charges, and pricing errors get a dedicated owner. We contact the supplier, pursue corrected invoices or credits, and track the issue through closure.
Credits and supplier statements reconciled
We match supplier statements to your ledger and follow up on unapplied credits and missing invoices, helping prevent overpayments and last-minute surprises.
A clean payment list, ready for approval
Your team receives verified bills and supporting evidence for approval. You keep payment authority; we prepare the information, not move the money.
Month-end close and bank reconciliation
We reconcile AP records and bank transactions, surface unresolved differences, and prepare a clear month-end picture for your finance team.
Fraud signals checked before payment
Unusual requests, look-alike supplier identities, and account changes are flagged. We verify changes using a trusted contact already on file, not the details in a suspicious email.
Reporting that makes AP visible
Monthly reports bring together outstanding bills, supplier issues, credits, and reconciliation status, so your team can see what is complete and what needs a decision.

Questions, answered.

Do we pay your suppliers?
No — your team approves and pays every bill. We prepare a clean, verified payment list with all the evidence attached, and money only moves on your say-so.
What accounting systems do we work with?
We work in QuickBooks Online today (Essentials, Plus and Advanced). The other tools shown on this page, such as your email, spreadsheets, payments and job-management software, are connected during onboarding, by hand at first where our software doesn't support them yet.
How do we handle a discrepancy?
It's escalated the same day to a named specialist with the evidence attached. It stays owned — with a visible status and next step — until it's resolved or formally closed by you.
What does onboarding look like?
It starts with a written sample-data walkthrough by email; no access to your systems is needed for it. Onboarding comes first, then a monthly retainer. We set up a dedicated bills mailbox, and your team sends us the working-day reports, so we don't log in to QuickBooks. On Advanced, if you choose and the role passes our payment-detail check, we use a restricted seat that saves bills and runs only the A/P Aging and Unpaid Bills reports.
Is your data safe?
Access is scoped to the accounts payable workflow only, bank-detail changes require phone verification on a known number, and we never hold payment authority.
Do we replace your office person?
No. We take on the supplier-bill work so your team can keep the phones, payroll and job sites moving.
What if a supplier asks to change bank details?
The supplier's bills go on hold and we call the supplier on the number already on file, never a number in the request. You decide: the hold lifts only after your sign-off, and any change you make yourself. We never hold, receive, move or transmit your money.
Do we use AI on your data?
We use software, including AI tools, for reading, matching and drafts. AI tools touch your data only after you approve them in writing and they are listed in our data agreement. A person reviews each QuickBooks entry and supplier message before it is saved or sent.
What happens to your data if you leave?
We return your data in the agreed format and delete it under the agreement's 30-day retention terms; the records the agreement lists and encrypted backups may remain as it provides.
